But if you want to seriously jumpstart your process, I suggest you do the following: 30minutes of running per day, a stomach filled with fruits and veggies, and a shitton of water. Mix in 30 minutes of strength training (crunches! leg raises! plank, pushups, whatever floats your boat) and I guarantee you, if you do it EVERY DAY, you will notice a different in a week. :) good luck, I'm here if you need anything!
