That ive been absent these past couple days just been so depressed I was doing so well on the ABC diet and I binged and it all went down the pan!

Also I lost half a stone and then my period came and I’m all bloated now but diet starts tomorrow again I want to get down to 7stone how much shall I be eating a day I’m a fat 10 stone

Today was much easier than I thought!

Breakfast - green tea - 0 cal

Lunch- green tea - 0 cal

Snack - 1 Apple - 50 cal

Dinner - spaghetti hoops on wholemeal toast - 246 cal

No exercise today :(!

Total intake-296
